HOW CAN WE MAKE PAYMENTS?

You can purchase directly from our website. We also accept PayPal, Interac Transfer, and Credit Card payments. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Invoicing will be provided.

HOW CAN WE PLACE ORDERS?

Feel free to make your order on the website just like usual. If you're a registered Retailer, your discount for items in our wholesale catalog will be automatically applied during the Checkout process.

DO ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Orders exceeding $500 are eligible for free shipping.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT (MOQ)?

Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), which varies. We are open to discussing flexibility with MOQs, especially for items like leather journals where mix-and-match orders of 10 are possible.

ARE THERE PRICING RESTRICTIONS?

We kindly request that the pricing of items remains within the range of MSRP minus 15%, or within that general vicinity.

HOW ARE YOUR DICE PACKAGED?

Our dice are packaged in a black tin box. This box is shipped within a white outer box.

DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE BARCODES?

Currently, our products do not include barcodes. However, we are planning to implement barcoding for our products starting next year.
